About This Agarwood Incense
Most coil incense is bound with adhesive powder to hold its shape, which mutes the wood underneath. This one isn't. It's pressed from Hainan Agarwood alone, so what burns is closer to the source: deep, mellow, a little sweet at the edges, the kind of scent Hainan wood has been prized for since it first travelled the old trade routes.
Each agarwood coil comes in its own wrapper, so the rest stay sealed and fresh while you work through them one at a time. Light one during meditation or quiet reading, or keep one going while you work — the coil form burns longer and more evenly than a stick, which makes it better suited to sitting with for a while.
