Request a Custom Perfume Remake or Missing Product
This form covers the remaking a formula from your own Bespoke Perfume Consultation or Premium Perfume Workshop session, or helping you track down a past Sifr product you've purchased and loved.
A note on remakes: this service only covers formulas created for you at Sifr Aromatics through a Bespoke Perfume Consultation or Premium Perfume Workshop. We don't create replicas or “dupes” of other brands' perfumes. Every remake is built from your own original formula on file with us.
How It Works
- We locate your original formula. With over 15 years of orders on file, this can take some time.
- We check if the original ingredients are still in stock.
- Once confirmed, your remake is mixed by our trained perfumers on-site.
- We recommend letting your remake sit for a few days afterward, so it settles and blends properly.
As each step takes coordination and the right person on hand, remakes are requested by email only rather than in person. Once it's ready, you're welcome to collect it at our Kampong Gelam atelier, or we can ship it to you.
Payment & Timing
Payment for remakes must be made in full before we begin work. We've had a small number of orders cancelled after materials were already prepared, so this policy helps us put our time and ingredients toward orders that are confirmed. Turnaround time isn't guaranteed, as it depends on whether we have the original ingredients on hand. We'll let you know what to expect once we've reviewed your request.
