When will I receive my order?

In light of the current Circuit Breaker situation in Singapore, shipping of items will only take place once a week, every Wednesday. We seek your understanding and patience on this matter as we try to get your order shipped as soon as we can, within our current means. 

In some instances, particular raw materials may be out of stock that will delay production of your item. If this happens, we will notify you by email. We understand you're looking forward to receiving your order (we're equally excited for you to have it) so we will do our best to get it into your hands!

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! For international shipping, our perfumes, candles, and essential oils must be sent with a courier service such as Fedex or TNT due to international postage laws. Shipments within Singapore will be sent via local courier.

Are my duties and taxes included in the price?

Please note that if you place an order, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges applicable. Unless duties and taxes are calculated with shipping fees option upon check out. If your order is refused and returned, you will be responsible for baring the charges incurred for shipping the package both ways.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns. We will gladly exchange any products which are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if you have been sent the wrong fragrance.
